Today we offer you the opportunity to participate in Swisscows with a participation certificate.
Many of you have accompanied and supported us for several years with donations, now you can also participate in our future dividends and distributions and we are very much looking forward to it!
The issue of participation certificates is limited in time and limited in number.
A participation certificate is a security with which the holder can participate in a company or in the company's success. As far as property rights are concerned, the participation certificate is comparable to a share (distribution of dividends if business is good). In contrast to the share, however, the participation certificate does not have voting rights.
Decide on the desired number of participation certificates, but a minimum purchase of 10 (CHF 2,000).

Please fill out the form completely so that we can assign your purchase. The participation certificate will be sent by mail after the purchase settlement and notary confirmation.
After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirmation and account details where you need to transfer the amount.
Please note that bank charges may apply, which you as the buyer will be responsible for.
It will then be certified by the notary, this will make you the legal owner of the participation certificate, which will then be sent to you by post to the address you have given.
